  • 2 bunches - parsley
  • 6 - green chillies
  • 1/2 - lemon
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 5 cloves - garlic

How to Make Parsley Chutney

  • Blend all the ingredients adding little water if necessary.
  • You can use this chutney for making sandwiches or you can serve with hot Samosas.
  • If you like, you can add coconut and cilantro leaves.
