  • 2 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cups - milk
  • 1/2 cup - peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup - shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tsps - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Peanut Butter Cup Cakes

  • Cream together peanut butter, shortening and vanilla essence and make a mixture of it.
  • Gradually add sugar and beat it till it is light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the mixture and stir it.
  • Add milk after each folding. Fill each paper bake cup halfway and bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
  • Frost with peanut butter.
