Ingredients

  • Peas - 1 cup.
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 cup.
  • tomato puree - 2 tsp.
  • Curd - 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander leaves - A handful.
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp.
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch.
  • Chilli powder to taste.
  • oil for cooking.

How to Make Peas Curry

  • Put some oil (2 to 3 tsp) in a pan. Fry chopped onions.
  • When it become light brown, put peas, tomato puree, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, curd and salt.
  • Saute continuously for 10 minutes.
  • Simmer for few minutes until oil separates.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with chapattis.
