  • 1 tsp - dried thyme
  • 1 tsp - dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp - dried basil
  • 1 tsp - dried mint
  • 10 to 12 - black or white peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp - black salt
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Pepper Herb Seasoning

  • Roast peppercorns over a heated griddle on slow flame.
  • Crush it finely either with a rolling pin or in a dry mixer. Add all other ingredients, grind it for 2-3 seconds.
  • Remove, bottle, use it as required.
  • Use it to sprinkle over cheesy dishes like cheese pastas, pizzas, cheese toasts, etc.
