Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - red gram dal
  • 20 - red chillies
  • 50 g -pepper
  • 50 g - cumin seeds
  • 5 tbsp - fenugreek seeds
  • 5 tbsp - coriander seeds

How to Make Pepper Rasam Powder

  • Fry each of the ingredients separately in a pan/kadai after heating a tsp of oil. Allow it to cool.
  • Grind them in a mixie. Rasam powder is ready.
