  • 1/2 cup - Potato (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 - Pineapple (Finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Onion (Finely chopped)
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • Green Onion Small quantity
  • 1 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Pineapple and Potato Soup

  • Take all the ingredients except pepper powder in a microwave safe bowl along with a cup of water.
  • Cook on microwave high for 6 minutes.
  • Allow the contents to cool down.
  • Process in the blender until smooth.
  • Season with pepper and green onion.
  • Serve hot.
