  • 11 oz - Cream cheese.
  • 1 pint - Heavy cream.
  • 1 big can -Chunks of pineapple.
  • 1/2 tsp - Vanilla essence.
  • 1 8 oz - Sugar.
  • 4 packs - Lady fingers.

How to Make Pineapple Cheese Cake

  • Combine 1 pint of cream, sugar and the vanilla essence and whip until light and fluffy.
  • Then add cream cheese and whip until it mixes well.
  • Refrigerate the cream for 10-15 minutes.
  • Now take out the pineapple chunks from the can for the pineapple of stuffing.
  • Arrange the ladyfinger in a cake dish in a rectangular or a square shape.
  • Then apply the cream thickly, 1/2 inch thick, over the ladyfinger slices.
  • Then layer it with the pineapple chunks.
  • Repeat this for 3 -4 layers.
  • Now cover it completely with the cream.
  • Refrigerate for 15- 30 minutes.
  • Serve cold.
