Ingredients

  • 3 cups long grain rice .
  • 1 onion, cut finely .
  • 1 cup - pineapple pieces .
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce .
  • 100 gms - French beans .
  • 100 gms - carrots .
  • 4 tbsp - oil .
  • For garnishing:
  • Cucumber and spring onions.

How to Make Pineapple fried rice

  • Cut the carrots and French beans into long strips and heat oil and fry them till they are almost cooked.
  • Fry the onions till they are brown in colour.
  • Add the pineapple pieces.
  • Stir cook for 2 mins.
  • Add the rice, salt and tomato sauce and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve garnished with cucumber and spring onions.
