Ingredients

  • 1 basic ice- cream.
  • ½ cup - cream.
  • ½ tsp - pineapple essence.
  • 1 small tin pineapple slices.

How to Make Pineapple Ice- Cream

  • Chop the pineapple slices into very small pieces.
  • Cut the basic icecream into pieces.
  • Add the cream and essence.
  • Churn it gently with a hand blender till soft and fluffy.
  • Add the pineapple pieces and mix well.
  • Keep to set in the freezer.
  • To serve:
  • Lightly heat little pineapple jam in a non-stick pan.
  • Add 2 tbsp water to make a sauce.
  • Cook for 2 mins, to get a pouring consistency.
  • In a fancy small glass bowl put 2 scoops of the ice-cream and pour some pineapple sauce on it.
  • Garnish with pineapple pieces.
  • Note: Always use tinned pineapple.
