  • 100g - Wheat flour
  • 250g - Urad dal (black gram)
  • 100g - Moong dal (green gram)
  • 350g - Ghee
  • 200g - Khoya
  • 350g - Castor sugar
  • 5g - Cardamom powder

How to Make Pinne

  • Heat 50 ml. of ghee in a wok and fry dal till done.
  • Cool and powder.
  • Heat ghee in a kadai, add wheat flour and cook.
  • Add khoya and castor sugar and cook for a while.
  • Add the dal mixture and continue stirring.
  • Mix well and add the cardamom powder.
  • Remove from fire and shape the mixture into small oblong pieces,
