  • 4 to 5 - bread crumbs
  • 2 - carrots, grated
  • 1 - beetroot, grated
  • 1 - big onion, finely chopped
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Finely chopped green chillies
  • 2 - boiled and mashed potatoes of medium size
  • Salt, garam masala and some rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - coriander
  • 1/2 cup - mint leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Plain Bread Balls

  • Mix all the grated and chopped vegetables in a bowl along with the bread crumbs.
  • Remove the edges of the bread slices and break them into small pieces before mixing.
  • Now add mashed potato, coriander and mint leaves.
  • Add a pinch of salt and garam masala to this mixture, mix well.
  • Add some rice flour to this mixture if you want the balls to be crisp.
  • Now mix well and make small balls from this mixture.
  • Deep fry.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with tomato sauce.
