  • 1 cup - curd
  • 6 slices - bread | 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • Salt - As per taste
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander seeds
  • Oil
  • 4 tbsp - paneer, grated

How to Make Plain instant dokla

  • Mix all ingredients except bread, oil and paneer.
  • Dip half-a-piece of bread in the mixture.
  • Toast bread slices on a warm tava with a little oil.
  • Top with grated paneer and serve
