  • 1 tin - sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 - green chilli
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Oil

How to Make Plain Mushroom Gravy

  • Heat oil, add chopped green chillies and fry onions till golden brown.
  • Add the capsicum and tomatoes and fry till dry.
  • Add salt, sugar, pepper and chilli powder and fry till raw smell goes.
  • Add enough water with the mushrooms and boil till soft and cooked.
  • Add corn flour to a little water and add with soya sauce to this mixture.
  • Heat and serve.
