  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1.5 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Sour curd - 1.5 cup
  • Green Chillies - 6
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt

How to Make Plain Rava Dosa

  • Add rava, maida, rice flour, salt with butter milk and mix well.
  • Grind green chillies with water and add it to the above.
  • Add coriander leaves.
  • Add water to dosa consistency.
  • Let it stay for 1 hour
  • Heat a non stick pan on a medium flame.
  • Take a big spoon full of batter of the dosa and spread it on the pan evenly.
  • Spread a spoon of ghee/oil over the dosa.
  • Serve.
