  • 6 - polis.
  • 1/2 cup - grated jaggery.
  • 2 tbsp - ghee.
  • A few - peanuts or sesame seeds.

How to Make Poli Cha Ladoo

  • Quarter the polis.
  • In a large bowl, tear them into shreds, then crush into a fine powder in a blender.
  • Add the ghee and mix well.
  • Mix the jaggery into the polis till well combined.
  • Add the peanuts or sesame seeds.
  • Make the mixture in a bowl, by pressing it into your palm and shaping it with the other.
  • You may need more jaggery or ghee to bind the ladoos.
  • Shape all the mixture into ladoos, 1.5 inches in diameter.
