How to Make Pomegranate rice

  • Cook the rice with required salt and a little oil.
  • Season mentioned items in oil.
  • Add chopped onions and chillies and sauted some time.
  • Add pomegranate juice and allow it to boil once.
  • Add rice and mix evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
