  • 450 gms - Potatoes, boiled and mashed.
  • 450 gms - Sugar.
  • 125 gms - Flour, maida.
  • 4 - Eggs.
  • 1 - Coconut, extract 1 cup of thick and thin juice.
  • 200 gms - ghee.
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence.

How to Make Potato Bibique

  • Boil and mash the potatoes, then add the sugar, a little at a time, and add the flour and the eggs yolks.
  • Extract one cup of thick juice and a little thin juice from the coconuts. Add this to the mixture.
  • Let the mixture consistency be a little thin.
  • Now pour in a vessel add the ghee and cook for 5-7 mins until firm.
  • Then bake the mixture in a microwave oven till the mixture is cooked and set.
