  • 2 cups - cooked rice
  • 1 - onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - boiled potato pieces
  • 1/2 cups - bell pepper pieces
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - green onion pieces
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Potato N Bell Pepper Masala Rice

  • Heat oil in a large pan, add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until they turn translucent.
  • Immediately add the cooked potato chunks, bell pepper pieces with all spice powder and salt and stir until the spice powder gets well mixed with the vegetables, finally add the already cooked rice to the vegetables and toss gently for a while, add the chopped green onion pieces and turn off the stove.
  • Serve hot!
