  • 1/2 kg - potato.
  • 1 litre - milk.
  • 2 tsp - dry fruits, chopped (cashew nut, almond, grapes etc).
  • 1 cup - sugar.
  • ghee - 2 tbsp.

How to Make Potato Payasam

  • Boil the potatoes, peel the skin & mash it.
  • Fry the potatoes with ghee till the raw smell exits.
  • Boil the milk well, add the potato paste, sugar and stir well.
  • Fry the dry fruits and mix with this and serve.
