Ingredients

  • Potato 2-3 (big sized).
  • rice flour - 1.5 cup.
  • green chillies - 1 (finely chopped).
  • Coriander - (finely chopped).
  • Curry leaves - few (finely chopped).
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Grated fresh coconut (optional) - 3 tbsp.
  • Water - for mixing.

How to Make Potato Roti

  • Boil the potatoes, then mash it well without any lumps.
  • Add chillies, coriander, curry leaves, salt, and jeera to it and mix well.
  • Add rice flour, little by little, so that the mixture forms to a dough.
  • Take a ball of mixture, pat it into a circle on a tawa.
  • Drizzle some oil around it, cover it and cook till the bottom turns golden brown.
  • Serve this hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.
