  • 1 - pizza base.
  • 1/2 cup - pizza gravy.
  • 1/2 cup - puffed wheat.
  • 1 - onion, thinly sliced.
  • 1 tbsp - capsicum, chopped finely.
  • 1/4 cup - mozzarella or processed cheese, finely grated.

How to Make Puffed Wheat Pizza Topping

  • Preheat oven to 350 C for 5 mins. If pizza base is too thick, warm and press down to flatten.
  • Add puffed wheat to gravy, spread over pizza base.
  • Top, first with onion, then capsicum.
  • Garnish with grated cheese, grill in hot oven for 5-7 mins.
  • It is done, once base is crisp and edges golden.
  • Remove, cool a little, before serving.
  • To serve, cut with pizza cutter, or scissors into quarters.
  • Serve hot and crisp, with ketchup.
