Ingredients

  • 1 packet - glucose biscuits
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp - walnuts, crushed
  • 1/2 tin - condensed milk
  • 1 tsp - corn flour
  • 1 tbsp - butter, softened
  • 4-5 drops - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - milk

How to Make Quick Chocolate Cookies

  • Put the glucose biscuits in a plastic bag and crush coarsely with a rolling pin.
  • Make a paste of the corn flour, cocoa and half the milk.
  • Boil the remaining milk, pour into the cocoa paste and mix till it gets properly blended.
  • Empty the condensed milk, butter and vanilla essence into a large bowl. Beat it until it becomes light and blends.
  • Add the cocoa-milk mixture and mix again.
  • Add the crushed biscuits and walnuts and mix well.
  • On a clean dusted surface, place the mixture in the shape of a square.
  • Mark out each square piece with a knife.
  • Allow it to cool completely.
  • Cut the pieces fully.
  • Place it in a tray on a grease-proof paper and let it chill until it becomes well set. Serve chilled.
