Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 2 onions - 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 5 tsp
  • Oil - for frying
  • 1 inch piece - ginger
  • 4 - garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Egg Masala

  • Boil eggs and remove the shell
  • Cut into halves
  • Grind tomatoes and onion
  • Heat oil and fry the paste
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 mins
  • Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder
  • Add 1/2 cup water and boil for 2-3 mins
  • Add the egg pieces and keep on flame till the gravy thickens
