  • 3- Egg yolks
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup-Cream
  • 1/2 cup -Powdered cocoa

How to Make Quick Ice-cream

  • Put the mixture of the egg yolks, sugar, cream & powdered cocoa together in the ice-cream maker.
  • Keep turning the handle until the ice-cream is firm.
  • Leave it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Then serve cold.
