How to Make Quick Mango Pickle

  • Take a fresh mango, peel off the skin, cut it into small pieces with a knife.
  • Slice green chillies. Add them to the mango.
  • Add salt and a little coconut oil.
  • Leave them to infuse for half a day, then serve.
