Ingredients

  • 1 litre Homo milk
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • Cardamoms

How to Make Quick Rasgulla

  • Make paneer by using vinegar and milk. Tie in a muslin cloth and filter all the water.
  • Take sugar and water and boil.
  • Make small balls out of the paneer and insert one seed of cardamom inside each. Boil these paneer balls in sugar water.
  • Cool and serve.
