Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup raagi flour
  • salt according to taste
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

How to Make Raagi Spicy Roti

  • Mix the two flours.
  • Grind chillies, ginger, and desiccated coconut.
  • Add the mixture to the flour.
  • Add salt and knead the dough.
  • Make small balls and roll them into medium discs.
  • Put them in the hot tava and make rotis.
  • Serve hot with dal.
