  • 1 cup - Radish( grated)
  • 1 cup - Channa dal (soaked)
  • 2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 2 - Green chillies, chopped
  • 2 - Garlic pods (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 5 - Curry leaves
  • Oil - to fry
  • Salt - as per need

How to Make Radish Pakodas

  • Grind the soaked channa dal coarsely. Add the grated radish pieces, rice flour, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, crushed garlic pods and powdered fennel seeds with enough salt and curry leaves.
  • Bring everything as dough.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil for Deep Frying and drop the dough as small dumplings. Fry them until they turn brown in small batches on medium high flame.
  • Crispy radish pakodas are ready.
