  • 1.5 cup - ragi flour
  • 3/4 cup - ghee
  • 1 tsp - rawa
  • 1 cup - sugar ground
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder

How to Make Ragi Laddoo

  • Heat ghee in a heavy frying pan. Add ragi flour and rawa, cook on low heat, stirring constantly. Flour is done when it changes to a dark brown colour, ghee separates.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Add cardamom, sugar to flour.
  • Shape into laddoo of desired sizes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Store in airtight container.
