  • 1 cup - leftover rajma sabji
  • 1 cup - oil
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 3 - green chilli
  • 4 - bread pieces
  • 4 - potato
  • Wheat flour as required

How to Make Rajma Patties

  • Grind leftover rajma subji with chillies, onions and tomato and transfer into a bowl.
  • Take water in another bowl and dip bread pieces in water, squeeze out excess water from it and keep aside.
  • Add mashed potatoes and bread pieces to rajma paste.
  • Keep adding wheat flour until smooth dough forms.
  • Make small balls out of mixture and pat them to make flat patties and deep fry and serve.
