  • 500 ml - water
  • 2 tsp - raspberry essence
  • cochineal if needed

How to Make Raspberry Syrup

  • Mix together sugar and water. Put it on slow fire and let it cook till thick syrup consistency is reached.
  • Strain it through muslin cloth.
  • When cool, add essence and colour.
