  • Rawa (semolina) - 1/2 cup
  • cashew nut powder - 1/2 cup
  • liquid Ghee - 1/2 cup
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • almond essence few drops
  • saffron a little

How to Make Rava Burfi

  • Combine all the ingredients except essence and saffron. Cook on high for 10-12 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add essence and saffron and beat till thick (like Chapatti dough). Spread on a greased surface, cool and cut into pieces
