  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Peas- 1/2 cup
  • Tomato - 1 finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Potato - 1 grated
  • 1/2 cup - florets of cauliflower finely chopped
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Rava Pancake

  • Pour water in rava and make a paste.
  • Now add all the veggies to the rava paste.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan. Sprinkle some mustard seeds let it crackle.
  • Now add a ladle of rava batter and spread thin. Cook both sides till done. Repeat with rest of batter.
  • Serve with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
