Ingredients

  • 250 g - rava or semolina
  • 1/2 coconut, finely ground
  • 4 minced green chillies
  • 1/2" minced green ginger
  • A few curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp - sour curds
  • salt to taste

How to Make Rava Vada

  • Mix all the above ingredients together to form a batter.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to give it the right consistency.
  • Drop teaspoons of batter in hot oil and deep fry till golden coloured.
  • Drain and serve with chutney of your choice.
