  • 1 kg - black grapes (seedless)
  • 1 kg - sugar
  • 1 litre - water
  • Yeast - 1 tbsp
  • Wheat - 1 tbsp
  • 1 egg white (whisked)
  • A small stick cinnamon
  • 3 cardamom

How to Make Red Wine

  • Wash hands neatly while making wine.
  • Clean the grapes thoroughly.
  • Mix grapes, sugar and water in a mixer for 2 seconds.
  • Take a glass vessel with a tight lid of capacity of about 2 litres as the fermentation takes place inside.
  • Add all the above said ingredients and close it tightly and keep without disturbing it for 21 days.
  • After 21 days, sieve using a good cloth.
  • Again collect it in the same glass bottle.
  • Allow it to settle for 3 days.
  • Now pour into your desired containers.
  • Yummy red wine is ready!!
