Ingredients

  • 1 loaf - sandwich bread
  • tomato ketchup
  • butter
  • For mint chutney:
  • 1 bunch - mint (separate the leaves)
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • 1/2 - onion medium size
  • 1 slice - garlic
  • 1 tbsp - dry coconut

How to Make Ribbon Sandwich

  • For mint chutney:
  • Grind the ingredients into a fine paste in a mixer . To proceed:
  • Apply chutney on a slice of bread and close it with an other slice of bread.
  • On the top of this bread spread butter and again close it with another slice of bread.
  • Top this slice with tomato ketchup and close with another slice of bread.
  • Cut the edges the brown part of bread.
  • Then cut sandwich into ribbons of 1 inch and serve it.
