Ingredients

  • 2 cups - plain rice
  • 1/2 cup - toor dal
  • 1/2 cup - channa dal
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 10 to 15 - curry leaves
  • 4 to 5 - green chillies
  • 2 - medium onions, finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Rice Adai Dosa

  • Soak rice and dal together for 4-5 hours. Transfer it to a blender.
  • Also add chillies and curry leaves and grind into a fine dosa batter.
  • Add salt as per taste and chopped onions.
  • Heat tawa, season with oil and prepare dosas.
