Ingredients

  • 600 gms. chicken pieces, prefrebly boneless
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 cup Hunt's tomato puree
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 3 tblsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tblsp vinegar
  • 2 tblsp tandoori masala
  • 2 tblsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Roast Sour Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and keep aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and arrange the marinated chicken. Cover and cook till the gravy dries up and the chicken is well coated with masalas.
  • Serve with steamed basmati rice or with hot butter parathas.
