  • 500 ml - very well chilled whole milk
  • 4-5 drops - rose essence
  • 4-5 drops - pink colour to match flavour or 2 tbsp - rose syrup)
  • Sugar as required

How to Make Rosy Chilled Milk

  • Mix all ingredients and chill till required.
  • Just before serving blend the contents.
  • Blend till the milk is frothy and light.
  • Pour in to a glass rinsed with chilled water.
  • Serve immediately while still frothy.
