  • 1 cup - sabudana soaked in water for 5 to 7 hours
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs soaked in milk
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 2 - boiled potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Sabudana Cutlets

  • Blend soaked sabudana, mashed boiled potatoes, chopped green chillies, bread crumbs and salt to taste.
  • Shape into small balls.
  • Flatten each ball and drop into hot oil to shallow fry till a deep golden brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
