Ingredients

  • 200 g - sabudana
  • 25 g - ground nut
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaf
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • a few curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard seed
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 - onion
  • 2 - chilly
  • salt to taste
  • 300 ml - water

How to Make Sabudana Upma

  • Heat oil, pop mustard and add curry leaves, chilly and chopped onions.
  • After a few minutes, add the powdered ground nut and turmeric powder.
  • After 2 mins, add the sabudana into it.
  • Add salt, coriander leaves and water. Mix well.
  • Cook for 5 to 7 mins, add lemon juice and remove from flame.
