Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - mutton
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 25 g - cashews
  • 1 tbsp - khus khus
  • 1 tbsp - sesame
  • 2 tbsp - dried coconut
  • 1cup - yoghurt
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 - onions
  • salt
  • oil
  • coriander for garnish.

How to Make Safed Gosht

  • Heat oil and fry onions till brown.
  • Add the cleaned mutton pieces to onions and fry for a minute.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste. And fry another 2 mins.
  • Add all the other spices, (dry roast khus khus, sesame, coconut and powder), ground cashew and green chillies.
  • Add all this to mutton with beaten yoghurt and salt.
  • Fry for 5 mins.
  • Add water and let it cook on slow fire till mutton is cooked.
  • Now garnish with coriander leaves.
