  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 cup - chopped spinach, fresh or frozen
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Savoury Spinach Fritters

  • Mix all the ingredients together (except the oil) with a little water to form a slightly thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a suitable pan and Deep Fried a tbsp of the batter at a time till crisp and golden.
  • Serve with tomato or chilli sauce.
