  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 - onion
  • 1/2 - tomato
  • 1 - ginger
  • a bunch - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 - coconut
  • 1/4 - potato
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Scrambled egg with coconut

  • Fry the potato in a little oil with salt till it is soft.
  • Slightly crush the tomato with a spoon. Crush the ginger, too.
  • Now mix all the ingredients, with the potatoes and some salt, in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and scramble till the onions are soft, tomatoes are cooked and eggs are golden brown.
