  • 5 - Eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1 tbsp - Black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Urad dal
  • 3/4 tsp - Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 5 - Curry leaves

How to Make Sesame and Egg Fry

  • Heat oil and let it splutter the mustard seeds, sesame seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • Add chilly powder, coriander powder, half a cup of water and salt to the hard boiled eggs and keep it aside.
  • Add this egg with spice powder to the tempered spices and cook until water evaporates and the oil separates.
  • Enjoy it as a side dish.
