Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 2 to 4 - red chillies
  • 4 tsp - sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp - chutney dal
  • a pinch - fenugreek
  • 1/4 tsp - jeera
  • 1/4 tsp - urad dal
  • curry leaves
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - grated ginger
  • 1 - grated carrot

How to Make Sesame rice

  • First of all fry sesame seeds, red chillies and chutney dal. When it cools down, grind it.
  • Cook the rice as usual, keep it aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add fenugreek, urad dal, jeera, red chillies, curry leaves, green chillies, grated ginger and carrot.
  • Add the ground powder and mix in the rice.
