Ingredients

  • Sev - 100 g
  • Potato cubes - 2 cup
  • Onion paste - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic ginger paste - 1/4 cup
  • Tomato chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh karipatta - 1/4 cup
  • Mustard seed - 2 tsp
  • Red chillies - 4
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Water - 2 cup

How to Make Sev Curry

  • Heat a pan and add oil. Add karipatta, mustard and red chillies.
  • After it splutters, add the potatoes and fry it.
  • Now add the tomatoes, all the remaining spices and pastes. Fry until oil separates.
  • Add water and boil it. Cook it for 10 mins on a low flame.
  • Add sev and mix well. Serve.
