  • 400 gms - Rice
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 100 gms - Chicken
  • 100 gms - Shrimps
  • 15 ml - Soya sauce
  • 15 ml - Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch - Spring onions

How to Make Shrimp Chicken Fried Rice

  • Prepare boiled rice and chill.
  • Shred chicken and saute till almost done.
  • Shell and de-vein shrimps.
  • Wash well and boil.
  • Add diced or shredded chicken pieces, whole boiled shrimps.
  • Add cooled/chilled rice and with the back of a large spoon or ladle break up any lumps to separate grains and coat rice with oil.
  • Mix in seasoning and soya sauce.
  • Fry rice well. 
  • Add chopped spring onions.
  • Remove and serve hot.
