  • Amla - 5
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Turmeric - 2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Oil- 3 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1 tsp

How to Make Simple Amla Pickle

  • Cook amla in cooker with a little water and grind the cooked amla with green chillies.
  • In a kadai heat oil, splutter mustard, add asafoetida, turmeric powder and add the paste of amla and chillies and cook for 5 mins.
