  • 500g - cooked rice
  • 3 tsp - ghee
  • 8 cloves - garlic
  • 2 - big green chillies
  • 10-15 - cashewnuts
  • 8-10 - groundnuts
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

How to Make Simple Garlic Rice

  • Heat 3 tsp ghee in a wok.
  • Add green chillies and fry.
  • After a minute, add chopped garlic and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  • Now add cashews, groundnuts and fry again.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well with salt and pepper according to taste.
  • Serve hot.
